I walked into my kitchen the other night and was craving a granola bar, so I decided to try to make my own.
A wonderul breakfast, and the perfect late-night stoner snack if I do say so myself.
Add granola, berries, nuts, and chips together. ( This alone is a great trail mix ) Add honey, peanut butter, maple syrup and mix together. Tranfer to small baking dish, ( I used a bread pan ) lined with parchment paper. Form into bars, keeping space bettween them. Mix powered sugar with a small amount of water to make a paste. Drizzle over bars & top with chia seeds. Put in your freezer for 24-48 hours, pull off parchment paper & enjoy.
Fucking amazing. I love sweet snacks & breakfasts, so I will be making this alot and mixing this recipe up with basically left over in your cabnit. Get creative.
